12" Dock Wheel & Outside Corner End. This is typically used for newconstruction docks because it replaces the standard HL-OCE framecomponent on our wood docks. You get all of the following with this kit: The bracket shown in the picture. The white wheel. All fasteners and attaching hardware needed.
