Our balance board pelvic exercise set comes with two upholstered tops and three half spheres, all for balance exercise, which provide a 10 to 30 degree balance tilt range. This balance board exercise set will allow the patient to mobilize the lumbar and pelvic area of the spine in the flexion and extension plane of motion.
