PharyngoCARE is a comprehensive swallowing preventative fitness program for individuals undergoing head and neck radiotherapy. Three different sized micro-interior straws for power sucking to improve tongue retraction, velopharyngeal closure, pharyngeal constriction and laryngeal elevation. 7) DirectMIST, a long armed atomizer, for directing thin liquid or saliva substitutes to oral areas of greater swallowing capability or control. 8) Daily Oropharyngeal Swallowing Exercises card with pictured instructions, prescriptive assignments by the attending swallowing professional and a charting grid. PharyngoCARE provides a set of exercise tools to prevent loss of oral feeding skills and the loss of swallowing strength from lack of use for head and neck cancer patients either pre or post radiation.
