Boat part number 8402991 is a new TFXtreme rack and pinion mechanical steering cable from Teleflex Marine, part number SSC15427 . Commonly used on MasterCraft Boats, part number 100867 , but may be used on other boats.

This cable has a black jacket and measures 27' in length per manufacturer. Compatible with helm and bezel kits SH5210P/SB39526P and SH5230P/SB39544P (NFB). The SSCX15427 can directly replace SSC13427 and SSC15427 cables, and be used with SS14127 and SS15127 steering systems.

Note: Does NOT replace SSC 124, SSC 130, or Detmar cables. Please check with your local boat brand dealer for boat / brand / model / year cross-referencing compatibilities.
