Simply bring water to a boil, remove from flame, stir in Taco Mix, cover and allow to stand for 5 minutes. This quick and hearty Taco Filling contains Textured Vegetable Protein, Onion, Garlic and all of the seasoning necessary to satisfy any pallet. You can improvise and use your imagination by topping your Vegetarian Taco with your choice of fresh corn, cooked beans, shredded cheese, onions, tomatoes, lettuce, sour cream & guacamole to make this a full meal.
